Who we are
Maa Sharda Cab Service, trading as MS CABS, is a cab and tour operator based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete your information, contact us on +91 75871 83168 or at admin@ms-cabs.in.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request or enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you type into it. That is your name and mobile number, and depending on the form, your pickup and drop locations, travel dates, preferred vehicle and any description of the trip you give us.
Our web server also records the IP address a submission came from. We use this only to limit how many times the same visitor can submit a form in an hour, which stops automated spam. It is discarded within an hour.
We do not ask for and do not want your payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar number or any other government identification through this website. Never enter those into a form here.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you back with a fare and vehicle availability, and to arrange the trip if you go ahead. We do not use it for anything else.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are emailed to our own address at admin@ms-cabs.in. They are not stored in a database on this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We share only what is necessary to run your trip, which in practice means giving the assigned driver your name, contact number and pickup details.
Where the law requires us to disclose information, for example to a court or a regulatory authority, we will.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the booking and for our accounts, and are deleted after that. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses a translation widget and a caching service, which may set cookies in your browser or process your IP address in order to work. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on the number or email address above and we will act on it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. Please check it from time to time.
